The property was incredible. First off the beds were so comfortable, and also having a sauna and also a hot tub was the most relaxing part.

Without a doubt, Chalet Luna has been one of the most beautiful places my family and I have ever stayed. Perfectly overlooking the breathtaking Lake Brienz, the views are simply unforgettable and create a magical atmosphere from morning until sunset. The chalet is exceptionally cozy, beautifully designed, and filled with warmth, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Every detail reflects the care and passion of the owners. What truly made our stay extraordinary, however, was Lukas and Luna. They are, without question, some of the most genuine and welcoming hosts we have ever met in person and treat us to a yummy traditional bread. They didn’t just host us—they made us feel like part of their family. A very special thank you to Luna, who was available virtually 24/7 with incredible kindness and patience. She was always happy to help, offering fantastic recommendations for the most stunning viewpoints, local attractions, and wonderful restaurants. Her advice made our Interlaken experience even more special and ensured we made the most of every single day. This was far more than just accommodation—it became a memorable part of our journey. We are leaving with beautiful memories and sincere gratitude. We will most certainly return to Chalet Luna whenever we visit Interlaken again, and we look forward to seeing Lukas and Luna once more. Gayatri had provided complete information about apartment before we arrived and there is no inch difference on our arrival. The location and size of the property were great. Very close to Lake Brienz and public transport.

Absolutely everything! The views over Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains are simply breathtaking and even better than in the photos. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very cozy and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and every little detail had clearly been thought through, family friendly. The self check-in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and the entire Jungfrau region. The hosts Lukas and Lana were super friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.

Our family had a great time at Flora Bay. Two bedrooms with a pull out sofa accommodated family of 6 perfectly Very nice patio to enjoy the morning coffee Property is next to railroad but we did not have any issue with the noise from passing trains There is no AC but the provided fans kept us cool enough during the Swiss heatwave Host is wonderful and very responsive We would definitely consider staying at Flora Bay on our next trip Thank you

The location view alone was well worth it. It was easy to get around too, having the bus stop be right across the street.
