Lodgings in Protaras

Nice, clean facilities, delicious food, very helpful, friendly staff, attentive to details. Highly recommend to families with small children, there is a playground, a well equipped playrooom, also activities for kids, a pool for infants. Staff is very friendly and considerate with small children. Also there is adult zone, too :) Will be back for sure.

Kokkinos is an excellent hotel, it exceeded my expectations and the location is amazing and the staff is very kind

Was the nicest place we booked on our trip to Cyprus

We had a wonderful stay! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and not only was my request kindly accommodated, but the room I received exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my trip. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, an example of great hospitality, from reception to housekeeping—and the kitchen staff, who were all so kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!

Absolutely fantastic We stayed there with our 2 kids, all the staff was very kind and friendly, always tried there best to make our stay just perfect as it was The hotel itself is very nice, we stayed in one bedroom apartment which has big lovely terrace with sea view Beds are very comfortable The food was just incredible, good quality and freshly made Entertainment was great with lots of poolside activities Cant wait to go back

Amazing hotel! Spacious, spotless rooms, top-quality food, and three great pools (one indoor). Manager Michalis is always around, making guests feel welcome. Just 1.5 minutes’ walk to a lovely beach with lifeguard. Highly recommended!

The service and friendliness of the staff is absolutely exceptional. We were amazed and delighted by the personell over and over again.

A brand new hotel, not a big one! Superb location on the most beautiful bay, with great sea life and still water, great for snorkeling. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was amazing, staff super friendly! Best service we have experienced so far, special thanks to Panaiotis at the restaurant

Kind staff, clean and comfortable room

Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable rooms, fresh water on every floor, clean pools, friendly staff.

Nice and clean, good breakfast.

Overall, wonderful experience. Staff were friendly. The owner, Mrs. Lisa and her family, were so welcoming. we felt at home. The hotel is well maintained. it's 10/10 for everything, from location to cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Pool good. The hotel is located on beachfront, so we had nice morning walks. We enjoyed an entertainment night at the hotel. We booked for massages at the spa. The ambiance was so relaxing, specially Fatima who took very good care of us two days on a row. I will definitively visit again.

Very nice and friendly stuff. The hotel is close to the beach(maybe a 4 minutes walk). The food was delicious.

Clean, great food and staff . Before booking this place I was a little bit worried as many reviewers left a lot of negative reviews however went with my guts...oh man I was so right. This place is a real gem, clean, neat, the staff could not do enough making sure everyone is enjoying a proper holiday and on top of this THE FOOD ... oh it was a delighthfull experience really close to fine dining and realized that all that negative reviews were actually people with no culinary knowledge and not well intended. A special thanks to Yiangos ,Ivo ,Emil , the blonde girl from reception and the girl from aquapark were very nice, professional and made our stay a memorable one.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely incredible! The view of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We were a family of six and had an amazing, refreshing time together. Jerry was super nice, attentive, and helpful with everything we needed. We truly have only great things to say about our experience! We’re already looking forward to coming back—it can’t happen soon enough!

Everything was really good, the staff were very nice, nice 2 big pools, all inclusive the best option as you have everything included. The beach very close 3 mins from the hotel. The hotel is very clean overall.

The apartment was very clean. Good location, close to the bus station and close to the beach. The reception ladies were very friendly. Great value for the money.

Food was good, on the beach. Excellent location in town. Staff was good

Everything! The food was amazing. The bar and dining staff were delightful and extremely hospitable. The manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely wonderful time!
