When you enter the building, you have a few doubts, but then when you enter the basement apartment, the abundant light from the open atrium is lovely. We appreciated the reasonably priced access to a close by parking spot, and the excellent instructions for finding it. The apartment is easy walking distance to both the Altstadt and walking trails in the nearby hills. The memory foam topper on the mattress was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bedroom was a generous size. Although it's on a busyish street, the apartment faces the rear so is very quiet. I'm sure the outdoors area is lovely to enjoy in warmer weather.

The is a stunning apartment with all facilities you expected. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She had looked into all little things for a combatable stay. There is a bakery and a supermarket close by. The bus stand also within walking distance. We had a 03-night lovely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ute’s cozy apartment in Aachen. The host's thoughtful touches really stood out, from the lots of cute, decorative details to the fully stocked fridge with wine and beer. The Wi-Fi was quick and responsive, which was a huge plus. It’s an ideal spot for pet owners thanks to the fenced-in backyard and easy ground-floor access, and the location is perfect—only 3 minutes from the train station and bus stops, plus a great pizza place right at the end of the street. While there is no oven, the kitchen is well-stocked with coffee, tea, spices, condiments, and an air fryer, providing everything you need to make a meal alongside the stovetop and microwave. Though the surrounding neighborhood could be a bit cleaner, the apartment itself was spotless and very well-equipped. Easy check-in. Highly recommend! Ute was very responsive and helped answer any questions. Would stay again if ever in the area! Thanks Ute!

Lots of large windows with natural light and plants. Lovely residential area. The back garden view was peaceful and I enjoyed the street view as well. The bedroom had blinds for a good, dark night's sleep. Bathroom tub/shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, it was small. Kitchen was well equipped (I used the toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-no freezer and range) and I cooked breakfast and dinner both days. I appreciated the yoga mat and other equipment for stretching. Easy to connect to internet and stream from my laptop with the HDMI cord provided. Very spacious, could accommodate a family with children even on a rainy day.
