Everything! But especially the location facing the Rhein River and the fortress on the hill on the other side of the river.

I love the location of the hotel my room had a great view of the river. Its quiet and relaxing. The prise was amazing, I think that's the cheapest I ever paid for a hotel in europe.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I lost something on the plane and they tried to contact air Canada for me. Also pointed us to a grocery store and helped set up out eSIMs.

The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is extremely nice. I had a privilege room . I had a view of the river. The room was on the 9th floor. Included a mini bar with free cold drinks, which was really nice. The room I found to be extremely clean. Nice size room. Comfy bed and pillow. Even an extra duvet and pillow in the cabinet. I was very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The facility was beautiful & exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful.

Our room was really big including a hught bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. The location, as we visited 2 concerts on the "Deutsches Eck" was just perfect, as well as the Moselbad just next door.

Great location for the markets, central area for shopping and food. Good location for going up to the castle, too.

We were able to wash our bicycles in the back. That was great. And we could securely park them in a covered area. Beds were comfortable, nice breakfast. Easy biking to the confluence of Rhine and Mosel.

If you are cycling, stay here. This hotel has made every effort to make cylcists welcome. Fantastic!

Great location and cute hotel close to Downtown, the cable car, and the Moselle walk. The breakfast was quite a surprise even after reading reviews about a great breakfast - everything you can wish for! Staff was super nice, rooms modern, cozy, and clean. Despite lack of parking at hotel, it was easy to drop off luggage and check in.

Quaint room, on smaller size. Location to public transit was perfect. Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and adequate. Staff was very helpful. Night desk clerk even stepped outside to help us decide where to park. Location was good for walking to Christmas markets and bus station.

This lovely hunting lodge is in a nature park with lots of hiking trails, places to rest and watch. Down a small road leads you to their parking next to the lodge. The restaurant has a variety of food especially wild game for lunch or dinner. Breakfast included eggs or meat from the kitchen as well as standard European fair. The beds were great and bathroom excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is just outside of Koblenz between the Mosel and Rhein rivers.

The view! We had dinner at the restaurant enjoying the food and the views. It was the last night of trip and sitting on the patio was the perfect ending.

It is a great 3 stars superior. Easy to reach, 15 minutes walking to the center. Clean and well-maintained. Staff professional and at your disposal.

Lovely breakfast provided with the room with lots of food choices. The hotel was located right on the Rhein and near a historic castle. We were able to walk to the castle from the hotel. We also took a gondola ride across the Rhein which was fun.

This was just a one- night stopover for us, but Nice location & staff, the breakfast was excellent

Stylish and new. Way beyond any other hotel in Koblenz. Free charging for electric cars is exceptional. Nice facilities and restaurant.
