The staff on the front desk was friendly. They make check in and check out quickly. We came 5 person to 4 person room. We have infant. They accepted. Many thanks

We loved the historic building that hosts the hotel - beautifully appointed, to merge functionality with the heritage. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which are overlooking the pool. Parking nearby, we found the escalator next to hotel really helpful to be carried up the hill on a very hot day. Lovely breakfast. Perfect choice for a two-night stay in Toledo.

Perfect location, excellent staff, close to everything.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The staff is very friend and they provided us with an iron and also arranged a taxi for us. 100% recommended and I will stay here again if I come to Toledo We were 2 adults and a child who traveled here. We had a nice bed arranged for us. Nothing to complain.

Location was very good. Supermarket was near by. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

Really good value for the price, quality room, clean

Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Only one thing shadowed our visit a bit - the safe didn't work.

My wife and I had her family stay, 3 rooms and we travel with 2 French Bulldogs. They make it so easy, no extra fees, no hassle, just awesome. 2nd time we've stayed there and we'll be back.

It was all good. They even had some tea and water for free. The coffee was available for 0,20 cents. A very economic price.

The room is quite spacial at this price, in a relatively quiet area in Toledo, but walkable distance to all viewpoints. Good value, the staff was super kind and helpful! Best living experience in Spain!

Beautiful view, everywhere you look! The hotel itself is on the smaller, boutique size, but it’s such a gem. AND the food is amazing at their restaurant. If you ever decide to come to Toledo, try to stay 2 nights here. You won’t regret it.

Comveniently located, yet quiet.

Very beautiful place and very well maintained. We liked proximity to Toledo but also the fact that we can relax in a quiet environment after day of exploring.

The location was wonderful and the rooms clean and quiet. We got a private room and everyting was good, the staff was very friendly, the beds comfy and the shower good enough. It is a perfect place to spend a cuple of days making it very easy to explore Toledo on foot.

Location: Toledo is a 25 mn walk, very agreeable in a nice weather Hotel: exceptional, very warm, richly decorated. Breakfast: one of the best I have experienced Staff: helpful and well informed Restaurant: tasty while you are nicely seated

It was in an excellent location just around the corner from the Toledo Cathedral. I could see it from the small window balcony. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Room was well appointed and very comfortable

The rooms were lovely and the location was very nice. We were able to use the hotel making for an extra €18/ night and walked everywhere we needed after arriving in the city.
