Lodgings in Granada

I liked this hotel, the rooms were cozy and the breakfast was delicious. I only noticed that some plates were not cleaned properly in the dishwasher. However, I was very satisfied with the staff, cleanliness and location.

Location was easy to find, right off a main highway. Ana from human relations was amazing, she really made us feel at home during our staying. I wasn’t well and she did everything she could to assist and offer helpful suggestions. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far on this trip, we were spoiled for choice.

I really did like the front desk. This place is really 27/7. We were experiencing some issues with my car, so it took us 3 hours more than expected to get there, so that front desk availability at 4 AM was very critical. Clean. Perfect location.

Room was clean, and although not very spacious, it was enough for us for one night. Breakfast was simple and nice. Parking was easy, they have an underground garage for €7 a night, which is fair.

Well-located hotel, within walking distance of the cathedral, the Alhambra, restaurants, and bars. The room was very comfortable and clean. Pablo at the front desk was amazing! He was extremely friendly and helped us fix the room arrangements we had booked incorrectly. He also suggested activities, and for the one we chose, he made the reservation for us.

Comfortable bed, good curtains for blocking light, excellent location, wonderful staff

we took the half board option for meals, which was breakfast and evening meal in the hotel. The evening meal was very good; a varied selection from 3 courses, and included beer, wine, water. The wait staff were outstanding.

The hotel was very close to Alhambra. It was very clean and comfortable! The room was spacious. The food and breakfast was really, really good. The staff was extremely friendly, efficient, serviceable. It was a wonderful experience to ho there!

It’s staff, cleanness, and location.. very nice ambiance also it’s great for solo travels who like to meet new people .. the idea of free dinners is amazing food is delicious and the cook is awesome it’s also a time where you meet new people .. I also stayed previously in black swan in Seville and it’s equally as a great experience
