Lodgings in Lyon

Reception staff were superb in helping me and my sister who was taken ill. They were very supportive to us as we had to make many changes to our travel plans.

It met my basic requirements… good AC, hot shower, clean room, and good breakfast.

It was my second stay at this hotel, and as at the first time, I had a very good experience. The breakfast especially is excellent

Perfect location, great view, excellent breakfast, confortable beds and high level services.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife, my cat, and I stayed at Hôtel Lyon Métropole for my birthday, and it was an excellent experience. My wife had contacted the hotel in advance to arrange decorations for my birthday, and they did a fantastic job — the room looked absolutely amazing and made the stay really special. One thing I’d suggest is that the hotel updates the photos of the rooms online. The real rooms are even nicer and more spacious than they appear on Booking.com, so it would be great for future guests to see that. The staff were very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the parking garage was full, but they went out of their way to help me park on the hotel grounds instead, which I really appreciated. The sauna and pool area was also a highlight: very clean, hygienic, and relaxing. I will definitely return to this hotel and spa the next time I’m in Lyon — and I’m sure my cat will be happy to come back too!

Excellent hotel in great location !! This is a very clean 3 star hotel , so close to Lyon city center and the breakfast was great. Myself an my wife where looking for a base , so we could explore Lyon & this hotel was perfect.

Great modern hotel. Great breakfast. Huge bath towels and comfortable beds. Don't understand why only 3 stars?

I liked the 24/7 reception and the staff. I also liked that the rooms are relatively big as well as the bathroom.

Great stay at HO36! Everything was really clean and the fans in the room helped with the July heat. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Also the area is not as bad as I read, really close to the city center.

We stayed in an 8 bed dorm. It was a very big room with lots of space! Very comfortable beds, with individual plugs with shelf, and light. Lockers Lovely bathrooms and showers. Kitchen with cook ware, oven, stove top, microwave, fridge. Onsite cafe Very nice shared lounge and eating area Machine laundry facilities available Great staff!! Easy walk to the old town, grocery stores, bars, restaurants. 30-40 minute walk to the train station

Location - close to city center.

Our suite was a good size for a family with two young children and the dividing curtain between the king bed and the sofa bed was perfect for keeping the little ones sleeping. This was one block away from La Commune which had an amazing selection of international and local food and drink options on our night of arrival.

Personnel are sweet, location is perfect, rooms are clean, variety and quality of the breakfast items are super nice.
