Lodgings in Perth

Very friendly, professional staff was always willing to help. Excellent food in restaurant. Nice room with comfortable bed.

The hotel offered a fantastic hot breakfast. The room was comfortable, new, and clean. The staff went out of their way to help me, including when I left a document at the reception desk.

Very nice and peacefull site. Very nice staff

Nice staff. Central location.Clean .Nice breakfast.

Wish I had stayed longer, perfect place to unwind. Exeptional staff and food.

The hotel's location is excellent.

Steph at the front desk was a true delight! Very helpful, cheerful, and eager to help guests. The building is a repurposed mill with much of the original equipment incorporated into the hotel.

Great location, friendly helpful staff

The accommodation was very clean and the room was warm on our arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In terms of price, it is excellent. We attended a concert and wanted somewhere to sleep. A basic self service breakfast was provided which was appreciated and easily kept us going till lunchtime.

The room and the grounds are outstanding. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Quiet location Room excellent, clean, warm and comfortable Staff helpful

The staff at the Hotel were very courteous and caring, the meals, both evening and Breakfast were exceptional. I have never seen staff work so well together and it showed in how they interacted with each other and the guests

I loved the owner James! From the minute I arrived to check-out, he was friendly, warm and welcoming. He was very flexible with check-in and check-out; I was able to check-in early with no problem. I booked a single room because that’s what was available on Booking.com, and he kindly upgraded me to a double at no additional charge. My room was bright, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quiet. And James knows how to make a sensational breakfast! It’s a full Scottish breakfast, mine was vegetarian, and included homemade marmalade and fruit compote…delicious and filling. Woodlea is only minutes walking from the train station and all the sights, restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the river, so exceptionally convenient. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the 4+ months I’ve been traveling. Thank you James for a memorable stay in Perth! You truly added to the whole experience. ❤️

The bedroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. We also had breakfast which was fabulous. Easy to walk into the city. The owners were very friendly/

We so enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk into town. It was a short walk to the Botanical gardens. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were clean and easy parking.

The staff are incredibly friendly, the location is stunning, pod was beautiful

The entire set-up was modern, top-class and was complete.

I have stayed quite a few times, easy to book from Australia. Perfect host, friendly, lovely clean room and warm, inviting. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, lovely detail and modern but elegant

Loved this place . Room was extremely comfortable and the food was outstanding. Best of all was the staff and customers who stopped in the bar for the live music and some drinks. Most welcoming people you could hope to meet. Sat with them for several hours and had a great time. Classic Scottish inn and pub.

Amazing staff perfectly chilled

David, the host, thought of absolutely everything. We were greeted at the door, where he assisted in getting our suitcases up the stairs then gave some some information about breakfast the next day and basic operations. Our room was large and beautifully appointed. Scones with clotted cream and homemade raspberry jam were laid on the coffee table, shortbread cookies and a selection of beautiful teas, hot chocolate and coffee with milk on another table, and chocolates on the bede with a cartoon image of the hosts on them (so cute!) and pillow spray for a restful night. The Bed and pillows were dreamy, two comfortable chairs to lounge in, gorgeous bathroom appointed with everything you could need. Decadent. Then the rest of the Townhouse.... art from all over the world on the walls, sculptures here and there, antiques everywhere, flowers... honestly, just wow. BREAKFAST! Again, wow, David greets you directs you to a table with warm croissants, then brings fruit salad and coffee. He then takes your order and cooks a variety of eggs (Benedict, classic Scottish, beautiful omelettes). David is gracious, humorous and helpful. What a treat. I wish we had another night to be spoiled and to enjoy it all.

The apartment was so nice!! It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms since we were traveling with my adult son. Everything in the apartment was clean and modern. Great location right near a shopping area and the Perth museum
