Lodgings in Bergamo

Great hotel with a really nice location. But the highlight is the service - very professional and helpful. Mr. Massimo was really helpful and made our stay exceptional.

Clean and located in a good location close to all shops

The staff and the room in general

The hotel is close to the train station and airport. The room was clean and spatious. The reception has a variety of food and drinks to choose from.

Great location. Very stylish and spacious apartment. Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Easy self checkin. Child friendly

Good bed good breakfast, not so close to tourist area but not a problem

Just great! Amazing price, amazing room and whole building, love walking down on stairs, amazing area - helpful staff on Whataspp, check in was soooo smooth, I was worried about it a bit (as many properties might have its own rules for check in which might be confusing but here was super nice) - definitely want to come back because Bergamo is so nice I didn’t expected (we came to Bergamo airport and decided to stay for a night and then to Milan) - definitely recommend visiting city and stay here - one of the best stays ever - because place is done with so much love

Great location. Right opposite the station. Incredibly clean & very organised. Breakfast was lovely & the staff were exceptional. Would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting this amazing citta!!! Mille Grazie!!!

the property is not very near to the history part but walking you find many more nice thinks. Fast with bus. Fast going outside of the town (near the Highway and the airport)

Definitely among the best hotels in Bergamo. The rooms are big and very comfortable, particularly the bed and the bedding. When you're sleeping it feels like you're on 7th Heaven. The toiletries are exceptional. Very clean and tidy rooms. One of the friendliest staff members working here who are very helpful, and we are very delighted that we stayed in this amazing place. It is a short walk to Città Alta, and everything that you need to see from this amazing city in Italy. Warm recommendation for everyone coming to Bergamo to stay in this hotel.

The position is practical inside the main boulevard. Flat is big, well renovated and self checking is a must.

Convenient location - easy walk from station and to old town. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, great selection of food at breakfast buffet.

Le Terre restaurant made our day. The food tasted and looked amazing. Our compliments to the Chef and to everyone working at the restaurant. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were hepful.

wide modern apartment with kitchen and living room. Very kind people working there

Convenience and great room and value. Loved the small details about the room.

Location is great, room was great, very clean and really comfortable beds. But the best of all is the staff, special thanks to Beatrice, she was really nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was excellent—close to everything while still being peaceful and convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Cozy building across an imposing palace, hospitable room, nice restaurant with lavish food dishes, great and helpful staff...one rest place for a night to be remembered for a life time!

A beautiful, boutique style, hotel, in a central location. Renovated rooms, including all the amenities you can think of, and a warm, inviting front desk service accommodating all your requests. Very tasty breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, the apartment is very clean and has everything we needed.

Clean , and the staff is good , they arrange the room for me for a check-in at 10am . The hotel is near supermarkets and restaurants Also you can walk to the aeroport in 25min.

The location and facilities were amazing. The family were welcoming and the food AMAZING. I am coming back because one day was not long enough to enjoy gardens, pool, spa, massages....the list is endless.

Everything! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and cleaned daily, in-room breakfast was just as much needed. Location is excellent, on a cosy street, close to the centre of the city. Self check-in at any hour of the day. Highly secure building, with access code at every door :) Inside parking available which made our life so much easy! (parking is a huge challenge in Bergamo)

Booked at the last minute. Great welcome when arrived and processed quickly.

Clean, bright and spacious room. Clear instructions for entering the room. Easy and great communication with Beatrice.

Location, staff and stylishness

The apartment is located very close to the city center. It has everything that is needed. The temperature inside was good for a chilly winter night. I recommend you take some ear plugs if you can't sleep with the sound of water in the background. The breakfast (optional) was good.I recommend you ask for an omelette or a sandwich and don't think that there is only pastry for breakfast. The host will gladly prepare for you.

What I Iike about AR Suites&Art is the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities, and the variety of delicious breakfast options!

I loved everything about this place. It is amazing value. I highly highly recommend it! If I ever back to Bergamo I will book it again with no doubt. Thank you!

Great value, well equipped room
