The space is just enough for a family of four. Glad for queen size bunk beds and mattress was so comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing with the snow in the front yard area. Its few minutes walk to Ropeway, Lawson convenient store and Halal Alladin Restaurant.

The location is an easy walking distance from the station. There is a big seven eleven right in the corner. The mount Fuji view from living room is stunning. Really enjoy our stay with my family of 7. Very clean and well equiped kitchen. Its my second time here and definetly will.come back again

One of the best stay in this mountain city. Great location, very quiet, amazing amenities and perfectly located for an amazing view of Mount Fuji and close to a huge shopping mall far away from all the agitation and the tourist spot. I highly recommend if you like quiet and want to stay away from the crowd

Perfect authentic traditional Japanese home experience. Close to 7-Eleven and about 10 minutes walk from the station.

Everything Location is very close to the station and just fronting 7-11, and with its own washer and dryer.

The location is near the train station, Fuji-Q Highland and other amenities. The property is spacious and has a balcony with a Fuji Mt. view.

The place is very comfortable! very close to kawaguchiko station. Coming with 8 family members is still very spacious. The kitchen and living room are also very spacious. Complete facilities! Of all the places to stay, this is the one I like the most. and the coolest thing is the view of Mount Fuji from the room window is very enchanting. thank you!

The Japanese/Nepali gentleman at the reception was so helpful and friendly. This is the second time I stayed at the property and during several interactions everyone including him were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is super clean and perfect location.

Location is amazing at the lake of Kawaguchico, this hotel is near the Kawaguchico bus station. The staff is amazing and helpful when you need anything either inside the hotel or outside like booking express buses and Shinkansen.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was quite spacious and very convenient, and I got a view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony

The property is near FujiQ highlands, which was very accessible to us. It’s also kid-friendly and we love the onsen. We also love eating our breakfast with Mt. Fuji view

Convenient location, very clean, roomy, no issues with our stay. Has a view for Fujisan on a clear day although weather didn’t cooperate for us. Great value for larger than a couple’s group.
