Lodgings in Takatsuki

We had a great and very enjoyable stay at Hotel Abest Grande Takatsuki, but what truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible staff. After checking out, we unfortunately lost a suitcase at the Takatsuki train station while on our way to Tokyo. Even though we were no longer at the hotel, the staff demonstrated exceptional customer service and went completely out of their way to help. They coordinated with the Railway Lost & Found to help us retrieve the bag and even arranged a seamless handover to a friend of ours. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They turned a stressful situation into a success story. Warmest regards and sincere appreciation to the whole team!

It was very clean and although the room was small, it was adequate. Staff were friendly and there was an amenity bar with everything one would need. It was a little far from JR Takatsuki station but it was fun to walk through the shopping/bar district to get there. It’s very close to Hankyu Takatsuki city station. It’s very close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

Very delicious breakfast every morning. The location is in Takatsuki and the locals are super friendly.

The host is so welcoming and kind! He invited my friend and I out to eat since we didn't have dinner. Also picked us up from the station and took us there after checkout. And bought us breakfast on our last day🥹 Since there were no other guests, we had the whole house for ourselves. Thank you so much! We had the loveliest time in Takatsuki:)

Cleaning is good, room is chilling even in summer, guidance from the property owner is detailed, would recommend for a short stay

Language barrier was a serious challenge for me single the receptionists weren't bilingual.

It was perfectly located between Osaka and Kyoto for an easy train ride into either city. The neighborhood is gorgeous and lots of stores within driving distance. Very cute cafe next door. The property was very clean and had nice amenities like coffee and tea and extra blankets and pillows. Beds were comfortable.

Conveniently located to my brother’s condo. Quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Very beautiful and clean. Perfect location, it is right at a shoppingcenter and train station
