I arrived at the Smarts Hotel and was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Yassmine and Asma in were super helpful! I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room and they changed it immediately. Yassmine in particular was super nice and had many helpful tips on what do in the surrounding area, as well as what places I could go to for dinner, cash exchange, etc. Her being able to speak English very well made a tremendous difference in making my stay very enjoyable as I don't speak Arabic! The hotel itself was clean and had nice facilities, bathroom, bed, etc. The location was excellent - close to facilities like malls and gyms but also the train station and tourist destinations like the Royal Palace.

I am very happy that I chose the Hotel des Oudaias in Rabat in Morocco. This was my first travel to Morocco and Rabat and I wanted to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, I traveled with my wife and we found what exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful, very helpful, polite staff, wonderful rooms, excellent location. I am looking forward to my next travel to Rabat to stay there. Special thanks to all the staff members front desk/restaurant Mohamed Sabbar, Adnan, Sofyan, Majda, and everyone without exception. House Keeping Khadija and Omayma. I am sorry that I don't know all the names of the staff members that elegantly served us, but all were outstanding.

The apartment was renovated (I assume recently) and very well furnished. It was very clean and in a great location. The hosts were very kind and contacted me in advance, which made everything easy.

The property is located in a beautiful and exclusive private residential area of Rabat. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best it can be. The rooms are the best I have experienced in Rabat and the food is world class. Every meal was perfection. The spa was also incredible. There is nothing that compares to the luxury and service anywhere in the world

Everything, very clean , spacious room , all the facilities you need , we arrived early and there was no problem checking in , very helpful staff especially the ladies on reception , convenient location , 5 min walk to Rabat ville train station , breakfast was extremely good , overall a brilliant place to stay, Will definitely book again

We had excellent choices to make at breakfast and the food was enjoyable. The Hotel location is well situated openly in the street and there's no missing it. The staffs were great and attentive to our needs, even if you don't ask they're still offering help.

Clean, modern rooms, peaceful terrace, and perfect central location—walkable to the medina, train station, and main sights. The staff made it special: Hind, Mouad, Souhail and especially Jawad were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They turned a good hotel into an excellent experience. The restaurant deserves special praise—the food is outstanding. Huge thanks to the restaurant chef for his wonderful tagines: perfectly spiced, rich, and some of the best I’ve had in Morocco. If you’re in Rabat, book NJ Hôtel. Highly recommended. Thank you Hind, Mouad, Jawad, Souhail and chef—I’ll be back.

The property was clean and next to major attractions!

It was easy to get to and inside the old medina. There is signage so just look out for it. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable bed. What else could you ask for. Thanks to all at Dar Wassim!

My stay in my city was excellent! The location was great, very close to the medina and surrounded by necessary commodities. The guy at the reception was super helpful and courteous. I will definitely be staying again at my city next time I am visiting Rabat.

What a beautiful Riad! Gorgeous, clean rooms and a truly authentic feel. Perfect location right in the centre of the Medina. We were made to feel so welcome by all the ladies. The breakfast was fantastic - perfect. I can’t thank the staff enough for how well they looked after us - we were a family of 7 over 3 rooms and everyone loved it. The adorable kitten was a big hit with all of us too 😊
