Clean rooms, breakfast just excellent, and helpful staff, good location

Location, next to the train station

Comfortable rooms, great location and the best food in the restaurant!

Arrived early, and despite no available rooms, the staff helped to organize cleaning for one room ahead of time for my early check-in. Didn't expect that to happen so fast. Thank you!

Amazing service, sublime food and fantastic spa! The sauna was incredible! The room was super clean and comfy and the whole building smelled impeccable! The best hotel in Cracow! Great location too. Easy to get an Uber from there and to get to the city center as well. Just premium in every way!

Location is just across sweet from main train station . Flat is equipped with everything you need

The facilities were in a perfect state modern clean the staff was wonderful and helpful

Staff are friendly and accommodating.

A hotel near the park in the heart of the country is what one needs to rest during the long journey.

The hotel is at an excellent location. It was important to us that we can park our car safely and we could leave the car in the garage of the hotel so this was also great. The downtown is at walking distance. There's a big shopping mall across the road. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast.

Great location! Near the Old Town and business facilities.

The location,the staff all great.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! An absolutely excellent and comfortable hotel. It offers great value for the price paid. The facilities are top-notch and luxurious, especially the spa and sauna which were amazing.A special thanks to Mark at the reception desk. He is incredibly polite, helpful, professional, and treats guests with the utmost respect. I will definitely stay here again!

I liked that it didn't feel like a dingy hostel, I felt like I was staying in a hotel! There was 24/7 staff at the hotel across the parking lot to assist with any of our needs and were so helpful when we needed to call taxis.

I liked this hotel. They actually help the travelers out. Its also near a great thrift shop that is open late. Such fun!

I have been staying there every year for number of years because of the location and charm of the hotel👍

The location is amazing, next to the train station, the mall and the old down. The room very clean, comfy and spacy. 10/10.

Amazing, modern, great value for money

Good, all is new and fresh. Warm in the autumn.

Good sized room with great shower, spotless and very comfortable. 3 minute walk to main square. The air conditioning was amazing and the beds so comfortable!

The hotel was great! The staff were really friendly, the rooms were comfortable! Overall, it made the trip even more enjoyable!

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is modern, very clean, and located in a great area with easy access to both the city center and public transportation. The staff friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The fitness center and swimming pool were excellent and well-maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Great and clean apartment with all you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave...) awesome location and super kind and helpful host always ready to help!
