The location is great, which is the only major upside of the hotel. Also, it's worth noting that after attempting to cancel our reservation, the managerial staff were attentive and gave us a room upgrade which at least showed understanding. The gluten free breakfast is not good, however when we requested a custom breakfast instead it was fine.

The room we stayed in was beautiful (The Garden House) and bed was comfortable (Scandinavian style!). Best sleep I had since a while! Petra and Felix are really warm and hospitable. Breakfast was amazing, and we love the bread and pastries from their bakery. Check in and check out was flawless; Paula is delightful and very welcoming.

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and perfect size bedrooms with big closets. Smart TVs, equipped kitchen, nice terras. Beautiful secured residential complex, clean and a few meters away from Praia Grande. Lovely pool area and game room.

Very interesting decorated hotel. Staff were very nice. We got different room then the one we booked (they upgraded us) but the better one had one window looking at the wall. So after one night they moved us to the other room.
Very very helpful staff, helped us also with communication to the driver when we went back to Rio.

Lovely small hotel right on the beach with heated outdoor swimmig pool. A calm oasis from the busy beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Paulo who gave us lots of helpful advice and tips.

The family room was really large.
The swimming pool area is nice and clean.
The hotel it's just in front of the beach.

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was excellent although it was at the bottom of a long staircase. The view was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent and so was dinner.

The hotel was comfortable, staff service was great, the restaurant and pool were excellent. Everything worked well for us, especially as we travelled with my 5 year old daughter and it's a great hotel for children, with a children's pool and children's activity room with activities all day. The Geribá Beach is one block away, it can be reached with a short stroll. I highly recommend the stay there especially with children.

We had a blast and really enjoyed everything, from the private beach to the pool, to the food - big up to Adriane, Gabriel and the rest of the team who are amazing people and made our trip unforgettable!

The location couldn't be better, next to the bustle of the city and awesome restaurants.
The breakfast was amazing, everything we tried tasted great.
The bedrooms are also nice and big, and they were super clean.
