Verandah House Country Estate is absolutely idyllic with a completely refurbished property you are surrounded by the best views in a completely cozy chic atmosphere. The owners are as nice as can be and made us feel welcome from the moment we drove through the gates. From the great breakfast buffet in the morning to the fire and marshmallows at night, you’re in a cozy mountain haven the whole time. I couldnt recommend it more for a group of friends looking to get away, an extended family wanting to spend some quality time as a group or a couple looking for a quiet tranquil weekend. And its all within a quick drive to the local vineyards and national park walks.

we love staying at places with character and this place has lots. perfect position. it’s got a quirky Scottish decor. short drive to town. walk to cafe and a wonderful rainforest walk. beautiful garden down to a creek. Comfy bed and large room. hosts were so friendly and welcoming. highly recommend
