Everything was new! Extremely clean, fun decorations, comfy bed and there was coffee! Front staff very helpful. Check to see if your car is small enough to fit in the garage. It’s a small garage door opening.

The hotel is really nice, clean and close from the multi mall, you can walk to the multi mall, I do not recommend, the hotel has an excellent staff, nice included breakfast, a small gym, and really loved the sauna. Excellent place to stay.

We always stay here when we visit San Jose. Excellent accommodations, and the Fuji restaurant is the best in San Jose. Our room had a great view of the light festival parade and drone show this past weekend. the breakfast is exceptional and delicious. my wife and I will only stay here bc it's most comfortable w a great location! close to many attractions and staff help you get a taxi
