Amazing hotel! They have free snacks which is so nice in the morning or when you’re in a rush to leave, and also their gym was so good to keep in shape while travelling. The staff was incredible, super attentive and nice :) The room was super clean and was perfect. Location wise, it couldn’t have been better. There’s a really nice brunch place called Nice Day Coffee beside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the reception was always friendly and eager to help me with any problem i had.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park.

We loved this hotel. Very clean and secure. The decor is very traditional hacienda with numerous seating areas both inside and outside. The restaurant serves traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many of the guests are regulars, saying, it’s like a home away from home. The staff are very helpful. Close to Reforma and restaurants.

We arrived late. However on arrival we were greeted by our host, who could not speak English, but through Google translate we got settled in. We must also point out, that our host was extremely patient and accomodating.
