IsraelFirst of all the location - the hotel is a short walk from the train station and Sheffield city hall.
The staff was nice and answered our questions prior to booking.
The room is very spacious and clean, bigger than we thought! Very comfortable bed.
The shower stream is strong,
the natural soaps are amazing.
It's a big plus to be able to have both a shower and a bath to choose from.
The air conditioning was working great.
The view is amazing.
It was overall a very good experience.
Would totally recommend and go again.

United KingdomThis was the 3rd time we had visited this Hotel and we love it every time!
It was my partner's birthday and the lady on reception very kindly upgraded us to a Four Poster Room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise and the room was amazing, so thank you again!
The Menu had also changed and there seems to be a lot more choice, the food was fantastic too!
We will definitely visit again and hopefully soon for my birthday 😊
