- Amazing location, it is right in the center of the city (you can't get more central this) The view of the city and the mountains from apartment 11 was just incredible. - I liked how they have a keycard system to check in and check out where you are given a code to open the lock which is located outside your apartment to retrieve the key card, It was great that I didn't have to meet anyone at all during my entire stay. - There is a Samsung tv with lots of apps and also a USB port on the side of the tv if you want to watch your own things - Bed was very comfy and there was even an electric blanket for the cold nights - There is a very modern air conditioning/heating with control panel on the wall - Kitchen was good and had all the necessary equipment one might need if they want to cook. Fridge also very useful. - Bathroom was nice and spacious. - I loved the air freshener they use in the room when they do the cleaning and it is such a pleasant smell when you check in - While the nightly rate is expensive (it is Queenstown after all) It is still way more affordable than most other hotels located in the city center.

The staff were amazing and as we arrived on an early morning flight, we were able to store our bags in a storage area until it was time to check-in. Location very handy. Was great having heat pumps in bedrooms as well as the lounge area.

Fantastic location. 5 mins walk from centre, although beware of steep uphill climb from town. Looks like a recent renovation was done with rooms freshly painted and bathroom looking new. Loved the kitchenette facility, so convenient. Room was nice and warm too.

Lovely room with kitchen and spa bathroom, our room had a balcony. So comfy and cozy, great bed very nice, very spacious and comfortable. Amazing location in city. Totally recommend. Good advise from the staff on parking in town.

Lovely clean and cosy room that stayed very warm even with the heater off for hours. Location puts you within walking distance of practically everything you could want in Queenstown, as well as away from busy high-traffic areas.

Location was great. Staff on arrival was friendly and helpful - offered to make up my room early so I could put my things in the room before noon. Room felt fresh and clean. Heat pump worked well and kept the room toasty. There were plenty of electrical sockets for charging my electronics. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and bandwidth was fast enough. I liked how there was a laundry for guests and that I could take extra towels from there if required, although I didn't need to during my stay as there were more than enough in the room. I travelled for a 2-day conference and found there were in my room more than sufficient hangars for all of my shirts, jumpers and trousers.
