Excellent location and spectacular views!!! Kitchen had cooktop, microwave, cups/glasses, plates eating utensils and supplies (coffee, tea… were refilled daily. Separate tub (great for a hot soak after hiking) and shower.

We rented the 3bdrm apartment, which is a studio with queen bed, with a door connected to a 1bdrm (two twin beds) and a large living area with a king bed plus dining plus the kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped, in fact with most items sparkling clean like brand new! There is no stove, but there is a electric cooker/pan that can be used for stir fry or any use. There is even a rice cooker. The property manager is excellent, contacted us and remind us clearly how to check in as we arrived late night. The location is superb! Gondola/Luge/Paragliding/iFly activities are just few blocks walking. Also short walk to a part of the downtown where you find shops and others... In fact, the paragliding lands right on the patch of lawn, in front of the apartment. (Btw we tried the tandem gliding. We are not the adventurous type. Though this tandem gliding is scary to imagine, it is actually pretty doable. You walked a few steps and it takes off at 30+km/hr, then just swerve in the air within seconds. At most speed, if the pilot swerve left/right, speed might increase to at most 60+km/hr but majority of the time it sails smoothly. In no time, like 10-12 minutes, you will land on the field. Basically you just land and stand without even walking. Thanks to Bella Vista manager encouraging us to just park the car after check out, and go try it :) Btw the guidebook about Queenstown, available in the room is very resourceful and most complete of all tourist info about Queenstown. I would recommend you read that Guidebook in the Bella Vista apartment room if you are first timer to the area like us. You will get a good overview to plan out your activities and stay in Queenstown.

The room was great. We enjoyed the kitchen. We equipped. Bed was great. Location perfect. We did our laundry. A place to eat and hangout in the coutyard. Perfect
