The staff were friendly, genuine and helpful. We received a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The room had plenty of space for our 4 day stay and while we didn't have a heat pump there were heaters and we weren't cold. Free off street parking is a huge bonus and one of the primary reasons we booked. We found for most of our trip we were able to leave the vehicle and walk everywhere we needed to go. Some great restaurants at the upper end of Cuba and the walk was minimal.

Thank you to front desk staff-very nice helping me with late arrival. I loved the room coffee mix and whole milk for breakfast. Easy 10 min drive to Interisland Ferry made getting to South Island easy.

    We visited the area last January during summer and found it to be in the central city. It's convenient as everything, especially restaurants, is nearby. The bathroom is reasonably equipped for the price paid, and a hairdryer is available. Friendly receptionist. There is free parking inside the motel.

    The unit was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was great to find a motel with free parking outside our unit. The car was parked up for the weekend as the location is super central to everything. Definitely will stay again

    Value for money. I booked here because the city hotels were excessively expensive during the Wearable Arts. This motel was very well priced and I was surprised with how comfortable, spacious and modern the rooms were. Very good value and all with free parking.
