The snowfall was excellent. Hotel is fantastic. Great spot. Good rooms. The onsen was amazing. The fact that you could also use the Onsen at the other hotel was a bonus.

The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful and well-designed but the real star is the restaurant. It is as good as some of the best restaurants I've been to in Japan. Truly exceptional.

The resort was amazing! Staff were very attentive and kind, I was really happy that they accommodated my request for the meals. Attentive to details & the service was top. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and has everything you need. View is amazing and outdoor onsen was very relaxing 😄.

the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and the view was incredible! I like the private open-air bath!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location ideal if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation. The hotel sat on a hillside overlooking the lake surrounded by a residential neighborhood.
