The breakfast was exceptional. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was so polite. They took care about our stay in the hotel. The location is one of the best assets of the hotel mainly for Universal Studios, EPIC, and other theme parks

I lived the staff here especially Amy who has been nothing but sweet and kind to me since I got here!

My new favourite hotel! Saw sunrise from the 6th floor outdoor heated pool. Delicious breakfast. Couldn't sleep (jet lag) so walked around the hotel - beautiful art especially in and around the 4th floor mezzanine conference rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Loved it. xx

Spacious room, clean Great lobby Happy Hour

I like how comfortable the rooms are, the free parking and how green the place is. You have everything there and it’s quite close to everywhere.

Every thing it was excellent the customer special Hervy that is person helps me so much and professional person and the hotel excellent location so clean comfortable I would like come again and again

Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room, pool area, lounge, everything is 100%. The bed so comfortable. Extremely clean. Valet is fast and friendly. Our new go to in Orlando.
