The hotel's stylish design, comfortable rooms, and excellent location made it the perfect base for our family vacation. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Mohamed at the front desk. When our son realized he had left his watch in the room, we were worried about getting it back to him. But Mr. Mohamed went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he promptly locate the watch, but he also graciously offered to ship it to our home. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. The Mercer's commitment to providing outstanding service is clear, and Mr. Mohamed's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in every interaction. We can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Montreal's Old City, look no further than the Mercer Boutique Hotel. *Tip:* Ask for Mr. Mohamed at the front desk, and you'll be in good hands!

Everything, the apartment is far better than you see in booking.com pictures. Christina is very supportive and kind hearted. She guided us to explore the city in the given time of 2 days we had. The apartment is very well located near everything you need, Notre Dame Basilica is just 15 minutes walk. Worth parking the car in the basement at extra charge that makes you worry free.

This was a perfect place for me…I do not like sterile hotels and staff waiting on me. Natalie and Robert’s B&B was cozy and comfortable. Natalie is a wonderful host who made me feel very much at home and prepared breakfasts that started my day off just right! She also recommended a great Greek restaurant in a nearby neighborhood. The b&b location was fantastic because the hub of the metro was one block away and from there (Berri-UQUAM) one could go anywhere in the city.

    Surprisingly got upgraded to a suite with a high floor so no complaints with our stay. We were only there for one night so didn't make use of any facilities. There's a public parking lot a short walk from the hotel so we parked there instead of using their valet service. Very well located as it's a short walk from the old town and several cafes. Checkout was a good time as well.

    Free parking off street but car parking was a 1/2 block away. Full kitchen, well stoked. Beds very comfy and the 3 bedrooms a good size ( not too small). Coffee shop below apartment makes great coffee. Very convenient for Metro. A lot of steps up to apartment which was hard for sister with poor knees. On a kinda busy street but not much noise in apartment.
