We were upgraded free of charge to a room with balcony. The stay was lovely, the room was clean and with a beautiful view. The entire place was spotless, the facilities were great.

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The breakfast was outstanding and the location of the hotel is exceptionally good!

We stayed for the Jazz Ascona festival and the location was just perfect to enjoy! Staffs were all very welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view terrace was amazing.

No staff, check-in through key box. Went well, important to read the clear instructions 😉 Location bit strange but quiet, walkable to ascona especially after a long drive nic we to walk. Also option to take the bus Options to charge car very near by.

I have been in this hotel for a few times and it was always perfect experience. This time we got Villa Favorita with amazing view to Lago Maggiore and Ascona. Rooms were big and clean, breakfast was super tasty. I will definitely come back. Many thanks for the staff and hospitality.

Very supporting staffs and smooth check in. Quite a lively and safe place for a family. Excellent breakfast choices. Comfortable and clean rooms. Value for money overall, free wifi, supermarket and public transport is very nearby.

Great view of the lake from 2nd floor room. Great location. Super breakfast. Quiet. Air conditioning. Close to bus stop, Coop, boat terminal. Relaxing stay, with opportunity for interesting nearby excursions.

Very good breakfasts on the terrace with the view of Lago di Maggiore, very nice personal in hotel, traveling by public transport ist free with Ticino Card, Bus stop in 10 minutes walking, nice swimming pool with enough sun-beds around.

This was perhaps the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Besides that, accommodations were excellent for a small hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was friendly and caring. Location excellent, right around the corner from the lake.

The room is tidy and has windows over the full width. This, in combination with its orientation to the south, means you get to enjoy a beautiful sunrise AND sunset over the lake! Staff is very friendly and helpful, we recommend you book your stay here.

Nice breakfast. Central to everything. We left 1 day early, but could not get a refund when we let them know 4 days prior. 13 night stay. Great staff

The view is incredible but the people working there to me were the real stars. Kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember.

A hotel stay I won't soon forget. Phenomenal service from start to finish. Breakfast was outstanding, the room and bed comfortable, even with a "bespoke pillow menu" (!) Hotel staff went above and beyond to connect us with a local bike shop to facilitate a specific rental. (Wonderful cycling scenery, to boot) It's a pricey stay obviously, but feel we got what we paid for.

Everything! Wonderful experience, the lush garden , the service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly personalised and warm, the staff made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. Dining at Ristorante Ecco with Chef Reto Brändl was another highlight. A true sensory journey. The spa was equally exceptional. The perfect getaway!
