This has been the best hotel we’ve been in China so far. Jason and the ladies working there have been outstanding with us, giving us total attention. From the day one they arranged the transportation for us, kept the kitchen open so we could have dinner, and help us with everything. Jason speaks perfect English which helped a lot and the ladies prepared excellent food. The hotel is located in a unique place.

The location is great, easy to walk to amazing viewing of the rice terrace and the host came to meet us at the parking lot to take us to the hotel. The host also helped to carry my suitcase . Great breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We have a room with balcony view overlooking the rice fields. The hotel is beautifully decorated including the room and large dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host also arrange for transportation to and from Guilin Station and hotel.

So much love for this special hotel in an amazing location. The hosts are so lovely, they really make you feel at home. The building, the art, the atmosphere and of course the views make this a place to remember!

The location was beautiful. The host spoke enough English to communicate. He had some suggestions for hikes too. He can also help with booking buses to and from Longji. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open a day. They were very kind to pick me up at the bus stop even though the traffic is insane. Many view points close by. The rooms had amazing views and were really big and super clean.

If you want to visit the Longji area, this location can’t be beat! Literally steps away from the Jinkeng terraces. We came for the magnificent scenery, the hikes. Although it rained during the entire time, it didn’t dampen our experience one bit. We loved every moment. We were lucky to be greeted by the owner who personally showed us the footpath to the Golden Buddha Summit. (There we took the best photos of our trip.) But not only that, his warm & gracious hospitality set the tone for his entire staff, provided excellent service throughout our entire stay. The property is all that the pictures only hinted at—& more: spacious & modern, like brand new, super-clean & comfortable. A totally relaxing vibe. Our room had all the latest amenities (worth mentioning: an intelligent toilet). We enjoyed sitting in front of our huge window affording a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains, sipping the provided delicious black tea & mandarin oranges. And did I mention the food? We had breakfast, lunch & dinner during our one-night stay; each meal expertly prepared, a delight & surprise--beyond our expectations for quality & taste! Overall incomparable value. Thank you (Jenny, for suggesting the hotel) for making our beautiful memories of Longji!
