So much to like and praise! Location: Bang next to Exit A of Huaqiangbei station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. You come out of the exit, and on your immediate left you will see a Starbucks. Walk through and you will reach the elevators. The reception is on the 23rd floor. Room: very large and comfortable with two types of pillows. Large bathroom with high-quality toiletries and everything you might need for your stay including...well, you'll just have to see for yourself! Service: Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. In particular, Jonathan at reception is an asset to the hotel. Speaks excellent English and goes out of his way to help. He gave me a room on the 32nd floor with a fabulous view. Thanks Jonathan! What else did I like? Wonderful breakfast, free afternoon tea, free noodles for supper. Ooh and don't miss the cute robots that deliver food to your room!

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

We were in a suite in a hotel in Hong Kong before we traveled to Shenzhen. The area of the suite in the Frazer Hotel was three times the size of the one in Hong Kong, half the price, and much better in services.

Our recent stay at this Hilton was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. Their accommodating and courteous nature added a personal touch that truly enhanced our family getaway. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the service provided by the executive lounge staff. The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!
