PAOK is located at the center of Kakopetria, and its centrality allows you to discover the neighborhood on foot. You may visit the medieval churches now under the protection of UNESCO during your stay. If you want to have your souvlaki along with watching the game, just like the local people in Kakopetria, you should definitely stay at PAOK because they also offer food service at the restaurant in front of the apartment. The hosts are very kind, friendly, and helpful people. The room price was more reasonable compared to other places in Kakopetria. PAOK will be my stop for my further visits to the Troodoros mountains.

Nice renovated room for 2 people. Good bathroom and shower. No electrical equipment (ex. Water heater, etc) in the room but for us that didn't matter. Very nice staff, good service. Easy check in and check out. Overall it was very nice!

Under the apartment was a store that have many things to buy. Also with a 300 meter drive there is a Bakery that have many things that fit to a perfect breakfast. The sound of the river and the green was worth it. Sure i will come again

We had a amazing and relaxed stay at this cottage. Very short walking distance from the center of Kakopetria. This delightful three-bedroom cottage offers a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and stunning mountain views. The property features a spacious layout, and modern comforts throughout. Living Area is Comfortable open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace Kitchen is Fully equipped with updated appliance's Outdoor Space is Private patio and garden area, ideal for relaxing or outdoor dining. Garden is amazing for kids. Direct view of three mountains and beautiful water mill just 50 metres away. Perfect for families, couples, or remote workers looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Restaurant only 100 metres away, and local supermarket 300m.

Extremely helpful and friendly host. The room was very nice very and close to the center. Parking onsite. WiFi was good and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was also good with eggs, ham, cheese, toast, and vegetables. The coffee and orange juice were also very good.

The property was very clean, and the location was perfect for what we wanted: a quiet New Year's Day vacation in the mountains and close to several Christmas villages and snow. Additionally, the house was well-stocked with toiletries (although we brought our own) and even snacks/food items. Our host, Marios, went out of his way to welcome us to the property and patiently showed us all the features of the property. He also prepared thoughtful welcome/holiday presents for us.

This is a new apartment in a very convenient location. It is spacious, well-appointed, with a washing machine (no dryer), and comfortable bedrooms. The agent's brother made cookies for us and they left two small bottles of local wine. There is parking right next to the building.
