A 3-story building, exit though the main door, you’ll see Atlantic Ocean right there. Adriano is quite helpful and kind, breakfast is wonderful and fruitful, I liked it very much.

Beautiful ocean views right on the water. Nice private patio and parking was easy. The beach at Playa La Nea was very nice. Easy 1 mile walk to shops and amazing restaurants in Radazul Beach and Puerto de Radazul were very good. Great snorkeling in the the port area with another nice beach. We will definitely come again.

Location, everything is perfect

it was amazing sitting on the patio watching and listening to the ocean. The owners were very nice and the place was very clean.

Very spacious and modern apartment on the very first row from the beach. Very well appointed. Lots of light (and breeze). Very comfortable for a family of six, with grown children ages 23-11. Garage for a large car included in the property. Very convenient.

Location is perfect, it is close to a black sand beach in a quiet neighbourhood and you can see the ocean from inside and from the garden. The villa has all needed ammenities for a long stay and was spotless clean when we arrived - rooms, bathrooms, bed sheets, towels, pool - everything. Beds were large and comfortable. The pool is heated and absolutely lovely and the sunchairs are provided with towels and detachable cushions. The host is very responsive and hospitable and always answered promptly to our questions. Parking is available inside (maybe 2 or 3 small cars), but there are plenty of empty spots on the street.

Where do I start? The apartment was nice, spacious and had everything we needed as a group of people participating in an advanced diving course. BUT... The location is not as indicated on here. It's much higher up on a steep hill which was difficult for us after challenging deep dives and with heavy equipment. I recommend the owner corrects this. The property advertised having an airport shuttle. When I asked about it, they simply sent the link to one of the commercial shuttle companies and offered no help with the arrangements. That's fine, but don't advertise that you have a shuttle if you don't. Before the trip, we were sent a 16-page document of rules for the property. I had trouble downloading it and asked for a hard copy in the apartment, which was never provided. We were threatened with the police when one of us made a mistake with the alarm system of the property. Much calling and shouting and discussion meant we had to disrupt our training to rush to the property where there was no police, and the mistake was quickly corrected. Just a lot of unnecessary stress. I confirmed the check-out time several times with the manager and the owner as it was early in the morning to make a flight. No one showed up at the time, making me late for my airport transfer and leaving me to figure out where to leave the key and make new arrangements for the return of the security deposit. Like I said, nice apartment but a lot of extra hassle.

Liked the location at Radazul, close to the restaurants and very close to the small shop. The apartment had a big terrace with a great ocean view. Easy to get to the city with on-premises parking and a pool on the top!

What can I say — we did not find a single issue during our stay. The host was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always willing to accommodate us in every possible way. The apartment was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was truly spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The large number of windows in the living room created an amazing atmosphere during the day, especially as every window offered a view of the ocean. We were a little concerned about the harbour opposite the apartment, but it is not a fishing harbour, so there was no unpleasant smell at all. Instead, it provided a lovely view and pleasant surroundings. Everything was perfectly clean, and all kitchen and cleaning essentials were provided. We initially stayed there as a group of four, and thanks to the well-separated living area and bedrooms, we still had privacy whenever needed. We were also travelling with our one-and-a-half-year-old child, and we must say the apartment was ideal for families. There were no hazards or sharp edges, so we could let our child play safely while still keeping a clear eye on them from the kitchen through the open-plan layout. The surrounding area is wonderful as well. Radazul is truly peaceful and perfect for families with children. There is a large, well-maintained playground nearby, and a sandy play area right opposite the beach. The beach closest to the apartment is smaller and can be quite busy, especially on weekends, but only around 400 metres away there is a large, beautiful sandy beach where we always found plenty of space and far fewer people. The supermarket is a bit uphill if you walk, but you are rewarded with stunning views over all of Radazul. By car, everything is within 10 minutes. What I must especially recommend is the café in the harbour, as well as the ice cream shop right next to it — both were excellent.

The property was wonderful. Loved the two balconies. One had a small table for breakfast or snacks or lunch while overlooking the view. The other had hammocks for relaxing in. Washer/dryer in the unit was greatly appreciated though mostly not used by us. The kitchen was complete and helpful to have. Retractable awnings on the balconies were very helpful. Mere steps to two beach areas and a pool.

Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor

Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was gorgeous, full continental buffet selection style. Beds were so comfy. My room was very spacious, even had a sofa, kitchen and table and chairs, which I hadn't expected. The place was spotless clean. Fantastic bus service which made getting to the hiking trails very easy, just 10 mins on a bus. Had never been to north Tenerife but La Laguna is a beautiful town, not overly busy but still lively and authentic. Will be back!

We actually stayed here twice: at the beginning and again at end of our holiday. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, but we received an upgrade to a junior suite on the second occasion. The rooms are spacious, and the garden is very pretty. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. As we had a late evening flight home on our second stay, they let us have late check-out. The breakfast is a huge buffet with lots of choices. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from shops and restaurants. It's located outside the touristy area and close to a lovely public garden. It's also close to a tram stop that can take you into town or to La Laguna.

Beautiful modern hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, all in all we are very satisfied with our stay!

Paz means peace and it is extremely peaceful. I fell asleep so easily.

Fantastic hotel in the very center of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with coffee capsules and tea bags, so we did not need to pay for the breakfast, which seemed to be very good. The terrace with a bar and a swimming pool on the roof top was great.
