    The room was spacious, with new furniture and decorated with good taste. It was very clean, I could say exceptionally clean. The bed was absolutely perfect, I had a great sleep. Free Wi-Fi, free parking. The host gave me very clear information on how to book in even thow I got to the location at 11PM.

    A fantastic stay in a lovely place. Issy was very welcoming and gave us all the information we could possibly need to enjoy the local area, from great restaurants to the location of the train station to carbis bay. The private patio was a great little space to enjoy a book and a glass of wine, which gave the garden room an added relaxing element . The mini fridge had a variety of local beverages and Izzy offered to accommodate milk requirements. Off street parking was also ideal.

    Lovely welcoming apartment, very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities and car parking arrangement. It is also in a very good spot, overlooking the bay and only a few steps to the train station and regular service to St Ives. We hopped on and off for the short journey so a huge bonus that we didn't need to use the car. Lucy was fantastic, making sure that we had all the information we needed for our stay and then phoned when we arrived. We will definitely be back!
