The room was stunning - super comfortable with a huge wall-mounted TV screen; immaculate fittings/decoration and a wonderful king-size bed. One of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The host was very friendly and cooked me a lovely breakfast!

Very clean, nicely decorated, bathrooms and kitchens were nicely appointed. Plenty of space with two bedrooms with king beds. There was milk in the fridge which was a very nice touch. The host, Simon, was very helpful with recommendations to local restaurants.

Pagham Getaways exceeded our expectation. We stayed in room 2 which was a decent size double room with an amazing bath, supplied with bubble bath to use as needed. The added touches like tea and coffee making in the room is so simple but really made our stay! The location of the house is perfect, over looking the beach and not to far from the local amenities which are easy to access by a short walk. We has such a quiet and peaceful stay at Pagham Getaways and although we were not the only guests in the accommodation, we did not notice we were not alone. We only booked to stay one night due to other plans however we would have happily stayed longer. Rosie popped by on the Saturday morning and was very friendly and welcoming, was happy to stand and talk to us! Would definitely be coming back here, we have already looked to book up again early next year and thinking of booking later in the year to really enjoy the use of the beach right on the door step.

Down visiting friends who live down the road and had stayed at local hotels in the past but being a Friday wanted somewhere just for the one night - this ticked all the boxes and will absolutely be our first port of call next trip down. Car charger on the drive. Jane was wonderful - super friendly, room had everything we needed and was beautifully done - and a great breakfast delivered to the door. See you again soon!

Landlady and staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Landlady gave us a lift back to hotel when we got stranded. Beautiful decor throughout. Loved being able to use dining room for our take-away meal. Lovely shower.

    Ian made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Very clean and quiet location about 5 mins walk from the Bus Stop for the no 700 bus into the centre. Newly refurbished rooms and lovely paintings on the wall as well as a very big TV. Complementary Netflix. Lovely breakfast in a big kitchen. 4 rooms here and parking for several on the drive so any more cars would be on the road. Feasible to stay here if you came by train since bus & taxi is easy. Ian has suggestions as to what to do if you've never visited before.
