The staff, the room, the location, the appearance

The self check in process was super easy and seamless and the room was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful property, easy to find with on-site parking. Very quiet. Highly recommend.

Easy access , comfortable bed

Helpful and very friendly staff. Very comfortable bedroom and lovely breakfast. Location is excellent .

Great instructions sent clearly by email to access the property. The location of the property was great for the football stadium. The free parking was great and flawless. The communal areas were clean and cared for and the room was clean.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the closeness to the city centre, and how quiet it was. Alongside the aforementioned, it came with free Wi-Fi, a fan, a kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils, washing machine, small fridge, kitchen sink, kettle, dishes), an electric heater, as well as safety features like a fire blanket and a carbon monoxide alarm.

room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfy, everything was clean, it felt safe staying there & location is very central to the city.

Great stay if you're looking for cheap and cheerful this the place for you stayed 3 nights had a real enjoyable stay friendly staff felt real comfortable *****

Great and affordable place to stay . Good and clear communication from the owner , will highly recommend.

Me & my 2 boys had a lovely stay here for one night, booked it as we had a party to attend, we wish it could of been longer. The appartment is lovely, very modern, love the decor. It has everything you need. Very cosy too. Looks just like the photos too! The host Brendan was very informative & helpful with everything I needed to know as I had never booked an appartment before. Thank you so much for our lovely stay. 👌

We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

Location was good, as it was close to the Grand Station. Apartment was clean and had most things you need and was decent sized.

Its really recommended stay as a family comfortable has everything what u need oh God lord I love everything ❤️

Everything ... It was exceptional, more than we expected . It was a stop off on the way home from Devon to Scarborough ... The owners came to greet us & couldn't be more . friendly lovely couple who went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed the place was exceptionally clean , comfy , bed , & they had thought of everything with little special touches Bread biscuits etc!. made our little dog welcome . Please respect their place with your dog as they have put a lot of effort into making your stay comfortable . . Wish. we had booked another night . We would have paid more as we thought the price was cheap for what you get . Highly recommend & you won't be disappointed if you go here , Great Retreat 10 /10. From Mr & Mrs Storey. Xx

The staff were amazing. Room comfortable and food in restaurant really good.

Room was clean but hallway wasnt. Ok for price paid.

I went to a peaky blinders wedding and it was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was spotlessly clean. For an old building the facilities in our room were perfect. The food was very nice and the drinks are good value. The manager could not do enough for the quests. All round a fantastic stay . Xxxx

The room was clean and had everything one needs, including an iron. The staff were very polite and gave us a warm welcome.

Friendly staff, room was immaculate as was the bathroom, all new and spotless. A real gem.
