Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. A warm welcome from the start which continued throughout our stay. It's always the staff who make or break an establishment and this is a great team. A beautiful building in a stunning location. Very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were great, a good range and not overpriced. The estate wine was a pleasure.

The hosts were incredible and made us feel at home and treated us like family. We had a fantastic dinner which we prearranged and a wonderful breakfast. The property is easy to reach walking from Coiano if you take the path down through the olive grove. And it is easy to reconnect with the Via Francigena heading south. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is taken care of very well! The apartment was impeccably clean. Elisabetta and her brother were so kind every time we saw them. We had a lot planned so we didn’t get to visit with them much, but I knew if we needed anything at all they would help us. It’s also very centrally located to so many towns. Gorgeous palazzo on the central piazza. The rooms were spacious, clean and everything is decorated with taste. Antonio was very responsive to our needs and helped us with what we needed for our baby : a crib, extra trash bags for dirty diapers, etc. Breakfast is served at the nearby restaurant in a super cute coffee shop. Delicious patries and cappuccino. We will come back!
