Beautiful property , the garden

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and they make you feel as if you’re visiting someone’s home rather than staying at a hotel. Every time I arrived, there was a wonderful smell of delicious food in the air, which really added to that cozy, homely atmosphere. The décor is beautiful — a Tuscan farmhouse style that makes you feel like you’re in a movie. Breakfast is very tasty, with a new addition every day, which keeps it interesting. I would definitely recommend trying the 4-course dinner at least once — the whole experience of not knowing what the next dish will be makes it especially exciting and unique. It was so beautiful. We all felt so warm and cozy and were so well taken care of by our host. Breakfast was outstanding and catered to our tastes.

Very nice apartments, clean and new. Good place to relax. We really liked the apartment owners' dog Leo ;) Place for barbecue and free parking. Thank you, we had a nice time here.

Leandro and Sabrina are fabulous hosts and wonderful people. They made us feel so welcome and we had a great time talking with them despite the language barrier. After our first night, they checked in to see if we needed anything. When we said we needed a spatula, Sabrina went into her house and brought out three! When my husband was sick with a cold, Sabrina brought him some eucalyptus oil to help him.  The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable during our 3-week stay. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and had great pressure. The garden is very beautiful, relaxing and private. The location is perfect for exploring all around Tuscany and is just a short train ride from Florence. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful restored medieval villas bordering the Chianti region, just 40 minutes southeast of Florence. In the middle of Tuscany (between Florence, Siena and Arezzo), just 7km from the town of Figline Valdarno, its restaurants, historic buildings, and Italian life. The villas are part of a restored ancient structure annexed to a medieval castle. So much character, yet all the modern comforts, including a stunning pool. Peaceful, safe, gorgeous. A wonderful home base to explore Tuscany.

Cleanliness and simple Organization. Fully stocked kitchen. Great service by the host(s)!! And last but certainly not Least - the hot tub - which was personally attended to by our hostess!!

charming farm house location. There is a vineyard, working farm right next. The whole vibe is authentic Tuscany charm.

The property is lovely with beautiful views, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and Erika is an amazing host. She was helpful, professional, responsive and fun.

Everything was great. Three bedrooms was great for 5 of us. Amazing shower, great kitchen, WiFi worked well. Spacious apartment with lots of kitties and one doggie in the yard 🥰 free parking just outside the apartment

Beautiful location and very accommodating staff as let us check in early. Very friendly and just an all round beautiful place to go. Restaurant up the hill was amazing

Exquisite, gorgeous property ideal for a romantic weekend or short stay. We loved everything - the villa is very spacious, castle-like, as was our room, with lots of beautiful details that add to the charm of the entire estate. Beautiful, well-kept garden with magnificent views over the nearby hills and vineyards. There is also a pool that we did not use as the weather was not warm enough, but looked clean and inviting. Nice restaurant with good food and terrace to enjoy the meal or have a coffee or wine break.

Everything was great , the restaurant for dinner is not so recommended
