From the communication prior to arrival, to arrival time and accommodations, this place is fresh, clean, warm, and welcoming, with a delicious and stand-out breakfast. Bed is comfy and bathroom is well outfitted. Location couldn't be better! Loved everything.

Location was excellent. Walked to everything. Courtyard was lovely.

Great historic hotel within walking distance of all of Palermo attractions! The front desk, concierge and everyone that work there were so friendly and helpful!

Good wifi, parking facilities, friendly staff and flexible because they let us checkout 30 minutes after checkout time due to an online job interview.

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated. Comfy bed, good AC, high quality breakfast. Staff is super nice and helpful. We were lucky and got a room upgrade. Location is absolutely perfect, you can walk every where.

I was there for Christmas and everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant waiters and staff were very friendly. Even the chef came out to ask about the delicious pork dish I had. Plus, the bus stop was just outside the gate.

The hotel has a valet service that cost extra but will come get your car, and bring it back when ready. They also will store luggage after check out. the room was large and comfortable. The staff very cordial and helpful. The on-site restaurant has good food, and the breakfast included is a nice spread that had eggs too.

Great staff, rooms and cleanliness!!! Very attentive to guests and the breakfast and dinner service and Sicilian dishes are wonderful!!!

We love the hotel. It was very comfortable. Especially the breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of choices😍

An amazing hotel with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a great central location, has many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is really helpful and kind. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of choices. Parking was free and very safe. The view from our balcony was seaview but partially hidden by their lovely palm trees. however it was nice to have a couple glasses of wine .

Staff was fantastic and very friendly, and location great to attend a conference at university, but also close to the center.

They have a parking lot which they allowed me to come and park before check in and also allowed me to keep the car as i had a late ferry to naples. the room size and the facilities inside were better then i expected. the owner and the staff were pretty hands on for any info that was needed

Location, location, location. This apartment has a fantastic big terrace which overlooks the Palermo Teatro Massimo, and is very close to the main Palermo street with tons of great restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Loved our stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Very nice little apartment in a great location for tourists. It's extremely clean and comfortable, has great decor, and the woman who met us with the keys was so nice and accommodating.

Lovely place. Well appointed. Kitchen and refrigerator. Great location. Responsive host. All great!

Clean apartment in a central location. Antonio is also very helpful, ask him about all the local amenities!

Ivana went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She is an amazing host and even better person.

Perfect location. Host was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Centrally located & clean property

Location was the best. We could walk everywhere and for it being so central there was no sound from the street.
