Property is diligently designed. We stayed there with our kids for one night. Kitchen utilities are adequate and very clean. There is a booklet available prepaid by landlord for Sightseeings.

Patrizia and Simone went out of their way to create a very special experience for us. We only had one night with them after a long drive. At my request they created a gourmet dinner to save us going out again to a restaurant. Their dining room Was beautifully decorated esp for us and has spectacular views. Their chef Roberto is a genius and each delicious course was served with a delightful local wine. We were also able to begin and finish the evening in their lovely hot tub looking out across the sea and hills.

An outstanding experience throughout. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, which included a variety of gluten free options. Very central accommodation in a delightfully elegant building with outstanding architectural features. Couldn't recommend it more.

This B&B is a lovely place in Pietrasanta. The B&B has been renovated to the highest standards and is one of the nicest places we've stayed. WiFi, AC, a modern bathroom, double paned windows, spacious rooms, comfy bed, fluffy towels, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. All of the facilities are decorated in good taste and everything is exceptionally clean. Plus an elevator! We didn't have a car and they picked us up from the train station. If we're in the area again, we would stay here in a heart beat. There is a pool, a lovely outdoor area and a kid's play area. Unfortunately we were there during a terrible rain storm, otherwise we would have sat by the pool. Highly recommend.
