I liked everything, the staff are superb (thank you Mina, you are the best!), the food is amazing, the hot spring are relaxing, it is very clean and the location is the best in town.

Excellent experience at a high end Ryokan

Overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The staff were amazing and was extremely helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean and our family felt welcome. It was one the best venue we stayed at through out our trip within Japan. The half board dinner was amazing and was particular surprised by their kids meal option which offers so much variety and potion was generous. The adult meals were prepared meticulously and every dish was both picture and flavor perfect.

Clean and centrally located. The host is super responsive. The beds were comfortable and the giant window was so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave.

The staff was so accommodating and attentive! Love being here and to get a full Japanese experience in an intimate setting.

Each dorm bed was in a well designed nook with blackout curtain so travelers can come and go in night without waking sleepers with light The optional breakfast and dinner meals were delicious and good value.

Convenient location, close to the shopping streets. We enjoyed staying in a lodge like hotel. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

We had an excellent stay here. The buffet meals (for breakfast and dinner) were tasty and the selection was very good. In two nights I could not try all the food, but what I had was delicious. The three public baths were all very pleasant, though my favorite was the modern Japanese style one. Each bath had both a small indoor and outdoor bath with the gold water, as well as a larger indoor bath with normal water. The gold water felt nice and had a pleasant smell. The room was a nice size, and I appreciated the large window and the two Western style chairs. The futon beds were comfortable.

It was a great stay at Arima Kirari. Getting there was easy as there was a regular shuttle bus right from the train station to take us there. The hotel is attached to Taiko no Yu Onsen which is free for hotel guests and you can access it directly from the hotel. The onsen was lovely and has both indoor and open air hot springs. The hotel itself has its own onsen which was great for when you want to get an extra dip in. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast here. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

Miki is amazing!! And her coffee shop is great, too!

Helpful and quaint staff, amazing private and public baths of both Kin and Gin, easy to reserve the private bath, cute pajamas, free ice water outside of the public bath, rooms are small but just fine.

The location is good, very close to the bus station and the Arima Onsen street. The staff is very friendly as well as they helped us to book the bus ticket back to Kobe! Both the dinner and breakfast are delicious and well served too! Towel, shampoo, body shampoo, face cleanser, lotion, and etc are all provided at the hotspring area!

Second time visiting this ryokan and it didn't disappoint. This is a sister ryokan to Okuno Hosomichi, which is also a great place to stay! The staff was great, thanks to them we got a very warm welcome and had a great room introduction. Amenities were outstanding, the room itself - a real treat! And of course kinsen waters in the private outdoor bath - a crown jewel of the whole stay - you have the bath all to yourself at any time. Dinner and breakfast were real culinary adventures - everything was fresh and delicious! The chefs preparing everything in front of you are real masters of their craft. Next time I'm in Arima - I'll surely stay here again.
