Outstanding view of Mt Fuji from the hotel.

I like everything, we came from Colombia and we have a couple of rough weeks, so taking the time to disconnect and recharge in this amazing space was like a hug to the soul, the Sr that was in charge of the property was incredibly special and helpful, we were amazed by his way of doing things. The meals from dinner and breakfast was delicious so we recommend to include this in your reservation

Excellent location along the western side of the lake. Bus stop right out the front of the hotel, which is important because they come sparingly. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and convenience store. Incredible bakery 5 minutes walk away.

We loved our stay in E-ne. We had a beautiful, spacious room with cozy beds. The breakfast served was delicious, and the Japanese bath was perfect to relax in after a long day of hiking. The owner was so nice, that dropped us to the bus stop so we could catch our bus on time. We could also count on him with any information we needed. We simply felt like home and would definitely stay again.

+ The host is very generous. He picked me up from the train station and dropped me off on the last day. As I went alone with medium size luggage, this is very helpful , instead of rushing through the public bus (which is mostly crowded with tourists) + Very good facilities - I rented a bike (only normal one is available) to travel around from the ryokan to Kawaguchiko and the view is very stunning. + Onsen , the room with Mt. Fuji view are spacious. Most of the time, it's quiet and the guests are respectful. There are a few restaurants nearby but Familymart is around 15 -20 mins walk (note uphill on the way back)

This was the nicest place we stayed during our trip to Japan. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was provided, and the facilities were more than sufficient. The balcony with a view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more memorable. We experienced an issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host responded very quickly and resolved our needs without any hassle. Thank you very much for everything. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

The location is exceptional, right beside Oshina Hakkas, the surrounding is so beautiful that make you not want to leave. Whole house is very clean and convenient, room is big and comfortable. The facilities is a little old but very well maintained. One big plus, people we met along the way when we tried to get there are really nice and will step extra to help us, adding big to our satisfactory stay. Big thanks to Oshino people.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is gorgeous and has a beautiful, warm aura about it. The beds were comfortable and the decorations and traditional architecture was a marvel. We felt honored to stay at such a beautiful place. The surrounding town and area was also gorgeous, Mount Fuji is incredible, but what really stood out to us was how incredible our host, Toru san, was to us. He treated us like family and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip. He is a wonderful human being and I can’t wait to return and see the house and him and his family again!

We had a lovely 1 night getaway from Tokyo. We are amazed by the service and dinner. We were lucky that we were able to see Mt. Fuji from our livingroom. The staff was really helpful, kind and welcoming. They provide us bicycles to go to the pods. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay with private onsen close to the Mt. Fuji.

The ambience the view was perfect

The location was great for getting around the area while avoiding all the crowds in Kawaguchiko and Yoshida. Tons of beautiful hikes and shrines nearby, with easy access to grocery stores so we could cook a meal. The house was also well-furnished and clean, and we had a very comfortable stay.
