Basically everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly ans supportive. It was an easy check-in and check-out. Thee hotel very close to the station. We had a great view directly from our window onto Mount Fuji.

Really great!! Very food breakfast, large rooms, very clean and cosy. And the spa was also amazing. They even have a light meal around 19H and another one at 23H, included.

An amazing location with a lovely view over Lake Kawaguchiko. The room was very comfortable and felt very large, and it was lovely to have our own pool in the room with a view. To me the quality was even higher than the pictures!

Wow. What an amazing hotel to have the authentic Japanese experience. We loved the room so much, the open air bath was just amazing after a long day, the room was big and comfortable. The tatami beds were great. Breakfast was interesting, but not for everyone.
