The location of the room that we stayed in was the perfect location to view the Causeway and Singapore. We had wanted so much to have that exact location and we got it! The room were cleaned n nicely arranged. Only too squeezing for my 3 daughters to share on 1 bed. The check in was smooth too even though we had to check in nearly 2hrs later as we had arrived at 3pm.. But Overall stayed was excellent 👍 👍 Hoping our next stay we will get room Unit: B3A-2 level 43A #03A..

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Parking at premises was convenient and impressed with the friendly and helpful security guards. We came in a pair and was served by Mandy, who would give all the detail instructions via whatsapp. Almost instant reply, impressed with her services. The apartment was spotless, everything is so clean. There's drinking water too, washer, refrigerator, iron. Near mid valley mall too. Wifi is perfect. TV size is perfect. Comfortable sofa and nice unblocked view from apartment, yet getting your own privacy. Perfect spacious place to stay. Definitely will come back.

As we were from Kuala Lumpur, we do not have the parking app. The receptionist offered to pay the parking on behalf of us and we just gave her back the money. This helps to give us peace while we rest and not to worry about getting a parking summon.

    Took the queen room for me and wife for weekend stay. The hotel was a stone throw away to Komtar and City Square. There were plenty of restaurants and street foods near the hotel. Hotel has free parking lots for those driving over.
