I cannot say enough positive things about La Botánica Hotel!! It was beautiful, great location, and incredible staff, Victor made amazing vegan breakfast every morning and we attended yoga provided by the hotel as well. La Botánica is such a beautiful tropical hotel located five minutes walking distance to the beach. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, walking distance to the beach. We were there for the Bad Bunny concert so was very close to the concert venue as well. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. They also provided us with beach towels in our rooms and beach chairs/umbrellas in the general area near the entrance.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood with about 15 minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. The owner was able to accommodate our early check-in. Definitely worth staying here if you are looking for a small, affordable place.

We couldn’t have asked for a perfect vacationing Villa. Terestella & Roberto were absolutely the perfect Hosts!! The attentiveness to our entire stay was nothing short of pure professional & compassionate hospitality. The Villa was beautifully detailed w/style. The property is newly renovated, and everything is brand new, clean, and tastefully designed. The entire space exudes luxury, from the stunning decor to the thoughtful details. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the entry process was seamless. You walk through a beautiful conference room and a stylish hallway that leads to a fancy pool (not heated, but still refreshing). The amount of artwork around the property is impressive and really adds to the ambiance. The property is so beautifully maintained that you might not want to leave! However, it’s just minutes from the public beach, and the location is ideal. There’s also a garage for parking, which is very convenient. The unit we stayed in (No. 2) was like a cozy studio apartment with no windows, but the bedroom and the comfortable living and dining areas made it feel spacious. The furniture was great, and we had two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and my favorite part was the air fryer, which made cooking so much easier. They also provided a backpack cooler for drinks, beach towels, and beach chairs. The only thing missing was an umbrella, but other than that, everything you need for a great beach experience was provided. Our host, was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The property has only five or six units, and everything was so quiet and private—you barely notice anyone else is around. We had a wonderful time at this property, and I would happily return any time. Thank you, Katy, for making our stay in San Juan so comfortable and enjoyable!

    the location is amazing, i went to Escambron beach and it was beautiful (only like a 15 minute walk) I also recommend trying misfit kitchen if it’s open during your stay, it’s right in the parking lot. The staff were also incredible friendly and helpful! And bring your reusable water bottles, they have a fresh cold water dispenser right in the lobby (they also offered me bottled water free of charge)
