Clean new rooms, friendly people, near to the centre

We had a wonderful stay at Enerji Otel in Ankara. We originally booked for two nights but enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for an extra day. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special thank you to Özgür at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. When we noticed that the fridge in our room was not working, he arranged a replacement in less than 30 minutes. Throughout our stay, every request was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely stay at Enerji Otel again whenever we visit Ankara.

I came for second time to this hotel, all is ok, you have privacy, nice room, city view, walls are ok so you dont hear anyone from other rooms, staff is nice, so by me this time all good, thank you :)

The front desk staff, especially Yusuf, was incredibly professional and helpful. He efficiently handled all our questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Warm personnel, exceptional breakfast, good internet connection, good location, good value for the money.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the main part of the city.

We had a lovely time here. Thank you to all the kind people working at the Mercure. The breakfast was huge and had some new variety everyday. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great, next to the metro stop and walking to Kizilay central area.
