This home was wonderful for our family to gather for the long Chicago Marathon weekend. We easily rode the train to downtown for packet pickup and on the race day. The house is immaculate - clean and organized! No clutter and leftover items from other travelers especially in the kitchen. It had all we needed for our families meals and evenings together. Parking was provided by and in the garage off the alley. The street parking was extremely narrow! Stacey the hostess was so helpful and quick to respond to our question. Loved our stay!

I would like to start by saying that I truly appreciate the front desk staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and I have never experienced any issues during my stays. I have been visiting this hotel since last summer, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and inviting. Although it is a busy property, it remains impressively quiet, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I also appreciate the convenience of free parking and the complimentary breakfast. Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was happy to help. Our room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and we had a huge couch that made the whole room feel more homie. Breakfast had many varieties, pool area was clean with lots of seating, and the parking lot was clean and easy to use.

- They have a living room with TV, kitchen two bedrooms in addition to a small room with a single bathroom. Can easily fit 2 couples. - They keep a steam iron, towels, and temporary parking stickers if you have a car. - In the kitchen, they have utensils to cook food if you want. Additionally they also had a water filter pitcher, coffee maker, coffee, and some basic grocery material. - Owners were quite helpful and responsive. They even shared their personal number with prompt response to queries. - Overall a good place to stay.
