We loved everything abt the property except the pool was not heated. It wasnt advertised as such, but it was colder than the ocean. Otherwise everything was great. Very slight smell which my older kids thought might have been ciagrette smoke but i could not smell it,

    Given the over the top hotel prices in the Ft Lauderdale area, we enjoyed the overall good value. The staff is really helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with our TV and the service guy fixed it in record time. Parking is free and close to the room.

    The staff were easy to reach via messaging and very prompt and professional. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family of five. It was really nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! Free parking included. Would recommend to our family and friends to stay here and would stay with them again.

    We were there for one night before our cruise and it worked great. Wawa was across the parking lot for snacks and beverages, we had pizza delivered for dinner and the hotel staff were wonderful for arranging our transport to the pier. Will definitely use this hotel again for our cruise departures.
