Courtyard Rochester Downtown was the best place to stay for visiting Colleges with our daughter. The hotel looks just like new, it’s beautiful ,the room was as beautiful, spacious, confortable, and super clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. We loved that there were lots of places to eat and hang out just crossing the street, also that it had a parking lot for our rented car and an ease ride from the hotel to both Colleges that we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

    Good location, in the middle of everything. Breakfast included cheese omelet and bacon, I liked that the waffles were pre made. Coffee station was 24hr at the front. Free parking. TV had internet TV choices. Towels were soft and plenty.

    The balcony had two chairs for you to sit on. I had a view of the parking lot. I'm not sure if they have rooms with better views, but I was still satisfied. I also liked the bed it was comfy. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a couple. It's so romantic. I had a queen suite, and it was a nice size. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was big enough for two to three adults.

    My room was not ready until 4:56, I got attacked my homeless man, in the parking lot of the Hotel. We( my children ) saw two man getting arrested right infront of the hotel doorway. On two different occasions. It was a Re-pass going on in the lobby we had to pass thru to get to our rooms . At that time a intoxicated man wouldn't leave me alone followed me to my car. Homeless people working thru the parking lot all night i couldn't walk to my car alone yeah a great time!!

    The place is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and I thought it was good place to stay in Rochester since hotels are either very expensive or bad. There is free parking and a gas station and a great coffee place, Hydra, next door.

    It was so easy to get to and the access to the airport was just across the street. Several restaurants nearby with many choices. I left my car there in a secure parking lot. I would definitely stay again.
