The layout is great. Friendly staff. all areas are clean and maintained.

The front desk agent was extremely helpful and kind to us.

Really good value for money. Great breakfast and shuttle bus service

location a 10 min from Manhattan

We got upgraded to a king panoramic room. The rooms a quaint in size. I love the view. The bed was sooo comfortable you just kind if melted into it.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly

The room was quiet and comfortable, very modern. The view is spectacular, never seen anything like it, you can see the whole Manhattan from the bed. The bathroom was huge, with his and her sink. Great coffee machine. Perfect location, the ferry station is just outside the door that takes you to Manhattan.

Beautiful view to NYC and the rooms were perfect!

Area and surrounding are fantastic

Clean, new and friendly staff. Lot of parking spots.

The environment of the facility. Beautiful view. Comfortable bed.

The location is amazing, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Less than 20 min ride to the station (time square). There are restaurants, a movie theater and Walmart nearby (20 min walk). Staff was friendly and polite. The water ran hot when showering! Bed was comfortable and room is comfy! Absolutely loved the room!

Easy to find, quiet. Nice view of the river

Its location is literally a 3 min drive from the Met Stadium and American Dream mall. The beds are also very comfortable, and the room is spacious. Everything you need for a close stay next to the stadium in a time of an event, or concert, it’s also a 25 min drive from Times Square, best budget friendly place to stay in for a good night sleep and to rest after long event days, and shopping

The staff is very sweet and accommodating my husband and I have been stay here on and off for some time now and we have never had any issues.

Everything was clean and staff was really nice. I stay there for the marathon. It was only 20 min drive to the ferry which it was perfect.

We loved the location. We went to a broadway show and it was only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel is in such a great location . Restaurants and movie theater are in same parking lot, very close walking distance. Would stay here again if we go into the city or to American Dream mall . Bed was also very comfortable.

The trip I made was very last minute and was still affordable in the time I had to make a decision about where to stay to visit NYC and my sister who currently lives in Astoria; the staff were always nice whenever I had to ask them for assistance. The desk always had someone there, and they were always able to help. They even had an info sheet on which buses go to NYC Room was in very good condition upon my arrival!

The hotel is spotless and the staff is awesome.

Our group love this property. It was clean, and had a big living/dining room. With AC units in every room and ceiling fans throughout the apartment, made it comfortable to relax and sleep. Location felt safe and close to NYC.

The property was affordable clean and had parking. It was easy check in / check out. 30 to 40minutes away from Blvd Bistro in Harlem 15 minutes to Times Square. There was a target, and market 9 minutes away. Great location!

The place is clean and the location is very convenient. Pretty close to bus stops and many bus options to the city. We have 7 people and it is quite spacious. The kitchen is nice but we did not have a chance to use it. The parking space is a big plus. Easy to check in and out.
