Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Vu Duy Giang Nam, he then showed me to my room and explained everything to me about the use of the stove washing machine and the electric bedit. Over the top service. He also explained how to use the "Fob" to enter the building and the room. Was very courteous and helpful with all needs and had several recommendations for my stay as far as dining and a great place for coffee and a cold beer. Informed me if I needed anything he could be reached via the "What's up" app. and feel free anytime to call should I need anything. Great wai start my stay. The staff is very helpful as well & curtious. Place was very clean and the AC & Fan worked perfectly. Great views of the old town. Shower had plenty of HOT! water, just make sure you turn on the breaker at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to showering. Vu Duy did explain that earlier, just a reminder. Plenty of closet storage and the pantry stocked with cooking utensils with the full size fridge made for cooking a nice meal inside the room instead of always going out. Made service daily provided me with fresh linen & water. Security very good was able to leave my motoin front with plenty of room for other vehicles. Great old town vibe &:the river is only about 2 blocks away. Highly recommend and will for sure stay again, great value and a nice chayof pace from the normal hotel room. Great job guys and THANK YOU for making my stay a memorable one.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is lovely—safe, vibrant, and incredibly convenient, with plenty of amazing food options nearby. The building itself is high-end, with great facilities, and I was thrilled to find a Pilates studio just a short walk away! The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed. The full amenities, plus bi-weekly cleaning, made my stay even more comfortable. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the host/property manager. This guy deserves a raise! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, a flawless stay—I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again!

    I have a friend who came here to stay at the hotel. When he parked his car, the short-haired receptionist was very enthusiastic and ran to find a parking spot for me in the rain. When he got out of the car, he was very attentive. Oh for me and my friend, Thank you very much, Dung, for being dedicated and friendly to customers, thank you for your small gestures.

    When interacting with staff, they were generally helpful. I felt the service from staff at the entrance was best. They always smiled, waved and greeted you as you go in and out of the hotel. Rooms were stylish and modern. It seems that there are plenty of parking spots if needed. The view from the pool is great. Generally it is a good hotel.
