TurkeyLocation is perfect 10 min walk to Umeda and Osaka Station. Close enough to transport and shopping but far enough to escape crowd. Room was very comfortable. Personel and service was skilled, organized and helpful. Good price for this level of service. If we visit Osaka again, we would like to stay here

TaiwanGorgeous hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are well appointed with great views of Osaka. Food is a bit overpriced in Smoke & Spin but perhaps to be expected given caliber of hotel. Cocktails are good & a nice way to end a day of sightseeing in a busy city. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.

I was driving and arrived super late, close to midnight. I had to pop back out to adjust parking nearby and the staff were there and helped me when I got back, with the ameditites. Seriously above and beyond.

If you have to fly in or fly out from the Itami Airport, this is a solid choice. Be aware that you can not walk directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel organizes a shuttle service that runs every 15 min, I believe from around 6 am to 10am and then from something like 2 pm to late evening. The access to the shuttle is via monorail station down to the parking lot. The staff of the hotel was nice. Breakfast had little variety but was okish.

Really impressive entrance and lobby. Staff were great and even took our bags up for us. The facilities are excellent but sadly we didn’t get to use them as Universal studios was our goal.
Hotel has a spa (men’s separate from ladies) a great restaurant, immense outside area with day beds facing the water, a decent gym and full amenities in the room.
Car parking was also available for a reasonable fee per night.

Location was great, 15min drive from USJ. Close to eateries and grocery store. No parking, but we used a 24 hour parking lot a 5 min walk away from property for 500 yen a night. Great place at a great price.

Weird front desk decoration. Glad that I saw the reviews about the dinosaurs at the front desk or else I would be having surprises. The front office is self serve with automated machines. But the price is good .
Breakfast hall got nice Seaview. But choices not many. Very simple. But sufficient.
They give hotel guests discount on the nearby parking lot. Make sure you get it done on the lobby machine.
