This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi.Guest reviewEverything was perfect. We are a family of three with a dog. The apartment was a great size and space for us. Our host, Iva, met us by waiting along the side of the road so that she could show us exactly where to park. A parking space is included with this unit, which was perfect for us as we came by personal auto. She then helped us carry our belongings down the stairs to the apartment. The apartment has one queen bed in the main bedroom, and in the living room/kitchen area there is a dining table as well as a couch that can be converted into another bed. This was a great place for us to bring our dog along. He especially loved the place and was very comfortable. As with most places in Dubrovnik, guests who want to visit the old town will need to walk quite a long distance, and going back to the place includes mostly uphill climbs with stairs and upward slopes. As it was very hot during our stay, we definitely got our steps in and were very appreciative of the comfortable beds and air conditioner supplied by the apartment. Iva is a very kind person and she lives next door to the apartment, and was available if we needed anything. If we return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely look for this place to be available!

The owner organises boat tours, for our stay-time it was already booked out. The location is perfect. You go downstairs and: a beach!! And old town is RIGHT there. Perfect! Worth the money! The appartment was also beautiful, tidy, clean. The view from a terrace was also breathtaking. You see the sea and a bit of old-town.
