Great room about 20 minutes' walk from the railway station and just a few minutes from the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and always available for anything I needed. Definitely recommended!

we really enjoyed our place it was really cosy and clean with all the facilities that we need it was the best choice for staying in terni, so close to the center about 15 minutes walk, also the owner was very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend it.

Very polite and generous hosts, very communicative and helpful. the plus is that when we came very late at night, they were waiting for us at the front of the property, and offered bigger room with easy access on the flat surface with our heavy languages. on top of that they offered a nice welcoming treat with salads and a glass of red… The place is freshly renovated with multi geographical interior design,. Standard is definitely higher then most of private premises in this region. event pointing that the breakfast was not included, we still have been treated with nice coffee with local home made sweets.

    The location is perfect, in the centre of Terni. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything I needed. It was nice to drink morning coffee on the balcony. I didn't meet the staff, but they answered very quickly to all my messages.

    Wonderful B&B with friendly owners that have arranged the whole place with lots of care and attention. We stopped here for one night while travelling to the south and it was a great and practical place to rest and relax a bit. Quiet, cosy and beautifully decorated. Pet-friendly. Classic Italian breakfast with mostly sweet options. Safe parking area. All in all great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.
